Show Notes

My colleague Richard Howells (aka @HowellsRichard on Twitter) penned a great piece on Forbes recently that was timely and topical - Santa's Socially Distanced Supply Chain. In it Richard Richard explores some of the challenges facing many organisation this holiday season, but as seen from the perspective of one of the most complex supply chains on the planet - that of Santa Claus!

Given the season that is in it, I asked Richard to come on the podcast so we could have a light hearted chat about the article he wrote, some of the challenges he talks about, and some solutions for them.

As you will see listening to this, we had a great time making this episode. I hope you enjoy listening to it. And have a happy, healthy, and safe holiday season.
